Can this be made in SCAL?

When I google Mickey's Halloween Party an image of vampire mickey above the sign for Mickey's Halloween party comes up. Can this image be made into a SCAL file? Or does anyone know if it is already? I've been looking and looking and can't find it.

I have a file for just mickey bats, and the mickey pumpkin.

Thanks. I'm not very skilled at SCAL yet. Just figured out how to use the program using Reddy's notes last week. Don't think I'm ready to tackle making a file yet. I'm still trying to figure out how to import fonts and weld and shadow letters. My DH wondered what I was fighting with last night. Didn't realize I was being that loud. I'll see if I can post the pic. I'm not sure I remember how...it's been so long.

Dumb scal question. (I don't have it.) Is the file one downloads from your blog numbers that tell the computer what to do, or is it a picture?

Thinking if it was an outline, I could print it in Black and white and cut it by hand like I used to from coloring books.

They are pictures very much like the ones on the carts, with all the layers all together on a page.. usually.

Sorry, we had meetings all night last night. I have version 2. I was looking for the sign, too, if that's not too much trouble. No hurry.....I'm not gonna be able to break out the scrapping stuff again until next week sometime.
Thanks so much! I'm hoping with a couple more weeks in the program working on files that others have made I can soon move on to making my own stuff.
