Can this be done with a BOG 8 am reservation on an EMM day? 7D before rope drop crowd, then to Peter Pan before the queue gets too long. Our family of 6 is touring with grandparents(2) who are staying offsite for one of our Magic Kingdom days. I'm trying to find a way to easily ride these two rides since I couldn't find Fps for them once their 30 day window opened. Still searching for Fps and will be doing the refresh technique day of but afraid chances are slim for a party of 8.

We’ve done it a couple times before and we were let in just after the welcome show ahead of the crowd. Trying to guess how quickly PP fills up.

In November, what they were doing was holding the BOG crowd separately, until the RD crowd arrived. We were EMM and allowed to continue riding. Just letting you know my experience.

Thanks for the info. Are you saying they let rope drop in ahead of BOG crowd? In the past we were let in the 7D line as the rope drop was walking up. I was hoping this was still the case and it would give us a little edge on PP too.

The line for PP fills up fast so my guess is you would have a 20-30 min wait. But I am curious about Rutgers experiences.

I know you want to travel as a pack but I would look into finding 2 passes at a time. You will have to split up but you will have a better chance of riding some of those popular attractions.

We went on a non EMM day in May with moderate crowds. We were held until the opening show fireworks. There was only time to do one 7DMT ride and by the time we got off the line for PP was posted as 40mins. I suspect it would have been shorter but didn't try and assumed it was 20-30 mins at least.

I'm not sure how they do non EMM days. I've heard mixed reviews as to how early you can ride 7D on those days without EMM.

This is what I was afraid of. I'm assuming it will be a busy day. Not sure I want to wait 40 min just to experience it with the g-parents. We will have already rode it on this trip prior to our MK day with them.

PP always fills up very fast. By 9:05, i have seen the posted wait time anywhere between 45 minutes and 90 minutes. It is a better use of a fastpass than most rides because it rarely opens up as a 4th FP, so I would definitely fastpass it.
