can they find your old DAS in the system?

I know if you bring your das, they can scan the barcode and reissue it with new dates. Has anyone gone who had a das but misplaced or forgot to bring it and went to get a new one? Somehow I've misplaced ours--I still have time to look, but I'm wondering what the procedure is if they don't turn up.

Chances are good that you will need to go thru the same process as you did originally.

My understanding is no, without the actual code on the card WDW does not have a way to look up your prior card for re-issue. I suggest you be prepared to explain the needs again.

Walt and tinkerbell must have been scattering pixie dust my way--I just uncovered them!! Huge relief. Pulling this trip together in less than a month is already a stress festival. One off the check list.

You might want to take a picture on your cell phone in case they go missing again. I left my card at home once and my mom messaged me a picture of the card and barcode. The cm was able to scan that picture and pull up my information that way.
