I am looking at my dining plan credits, and due to one adult having a small appetite, I may be leaving one table service credit unused at the end of my vacation. Due to time constraints and other factors, would someone be able to place a carry-out order at a table service restaurant? Thinking this person might just pick up a last breakfast at Kona Cafe on the way out the door to catch her plane? I was also thinking that table service restaurants require reservations, so maybe this would not be allowed? I would rather ask the dis boards than the Kona Cafe hahahahaha! Has anyone ordered carry out at a table service before?

No, they don't do carry out. From what I have read, what you would have to do is make an ADR, sit down at the table, order and then ask for a to go box.

The Table Service restaurants are not set up to handle to go orders because the kitchen is busy just fulfilling the orders from the dining room in a timely fashion. You would have to make a reservation, be seated, order and once the food is brought to the table request a to go box.

If you have used all your quick service credits you could go to a food court or counter service venue and use it there. Some QS places have to go containers, but others do not so take a Ziploc container or bag with you. It is not the best use of a TS credit, but at least you wouldn't be leaving it unused. You could also use it to get 3 snack items to take with you.
