Can someone walk me through the "Free Memory Maker" at check-in?

I purchased a room next week with the AP/Free Memory maker discount. I have used PhotPass+ in the past, so I am familiar with that. What will they give me at check in? Will it be automatically linked to my account? Can I start using it and viewing my pictures that day?

And, do I have to use it with this trip? Or can I use it when I go again in August?

I don't know about using Memory Maker later, but it is very much like Photopass except you get ride and dining pictures and no disk. You can view you pictures shortly after they are taken and download as often as you wish during thetime they are available. The photos can be customized with framesand stickers. You can change the size of the pictures. When we had it in March, it was connected to our Magic Bands.
