Can someone tell me if these are 1 or 2 DME tags per person?

I feel kind of dumb but could someone please tell me if these are 1 or 2 DME tags per person in the picture below? To me it looks like 2 per person because they are so long. On the back it shows a perforation. I have searched and googled and have seen short dme tags in pictures on luggage and longer ones. Just want to make sure we are putting them on properly. Sorry the pic is so big, this is my first time posting one and still trying to get the hang of it. Thank in advance!

1 per person, you have 4. Put them through the handle of your luggage and then take off the paper from the ends of the back and stick them together.

Do not cut or tear the 4 strips in half.

A half strip is quite likely to undo itself and fall off of a suitcase handle.

It actually looked to me by keeping them as one long tag they would be more likely to get caught on something else and rip because the loop would be bigger. But what do I know. Lol. Thanks for the info!

I'm at WDW now, we left on Saturday. At the airport in Pittsburgh, I looked out the window when the baggage cart pulled up to the plane. Probably half the luggage had yellow tags!
