If you happened to get your kid one of those Legends of Chima Lego plastic bag packs from Target's Easter section....the back has a coupon I'm hoping to score, pretty please! We get the Lego Club magazine but those coupons are for the aquarium too (in CA, anyway) and we were really hoping for just the one day B1G1 child free Legoland tix. I only need one. Anyone? Pretty please??? We leave in less than a month! :cool1:

Why don't you just go buy one...they are only $3.99. If you don't want the Legos, I am sure you could give them to some lucky kid!

I am pretty sure that you can do a B1G1 for LEGOLAND deal right on the internet. Have you watched any of the videos on youtube? I am glad I watched before we decided to go. My son is 12 and I don't think he would have enjoyed it. LEGOLAND is definitely geared toward younger kids.

I did buy one (I'm hoping for two) but all the packs are the same "version" and I at least wanted a different set. Perhaps when they go on clearance if no one has one just laying around. The Disneyland board has a Legoland coupon sharing thread so I thought I'd try over here. Maybe I shouldn't have. :confused3

bigmamimia, I didn't know they had a YouTube channel. I haven't watched anything yet but my kids are a young 8, 6 and 3. Both my boys are Lego obsessed. Perhaps I'll double check, though.

At those ages they should love it!
We went when my son was 12. While he was glad he saw it, he was disappointed, because it definitely is geared for younger kids. He asked us why we didn't bring him when he was younger!

I've picked up a set at Wal-mart; have you tried there? The 2 sets they had with the coupons - that I saw- had a batman-like car and the other one was a black and red guy. I hadn't seen the sets at my Target (at least not in the last week or so, but now i might have to check!)

I'll definitely look....were they in the toy section or Easter section? At Target they're in the Easter section.

The videos I saw were posted by visitors, not LEGOLAND themselves. The professional videos make it look like a lot of fun, but the ones from visitors really left me with a frown. They have one attraction where the kids learn to drive and get to drive around a course that is set up like a street course. They have to drive on the correct side of the road and obey traffic signs, etc. I have seen a lot of people on various boards so excited about bringing their kids for this one attraction. The kid who ended up being in the front had no idea what he was doing and held up all the others who were doing great. The people who work there kept telling the children not to go around him. The poor kid was just sitting there with no idea what to do. My son would have been so mad, he could probably drive a real car with little help.
