Can someone please explain the Japan restaurants?

After their rennovations and name change I'm having such trouble figuring out what they are exactly now. Is Teppan Edo or Tokyo Dining the TS? Do they still do it on the grill thing in front of you?

Someone please explain, this is the one thing that really boggles my mind everytime I read the menus.

Teppan Edo is a redo of the old Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki and has the grill tables where they cook in front of you.

Tokyo Dining is a table service restaurant where the food is cooked in the kitchen and brought out, as well as being the sushi bar.

Happy Reading... and I loved Teppan Edo....not so fond of sushi, but we did eat there and had another choice, our friends loved the sushi.
