do the fantasmic packages open up later meal times at 30 days out?? i wasnt able to get a ps at the 90 day mark so i am keen to try again

No. They are always ridiculously early.

The CM I talked to the other day said to try back after 30 days out and see if any times open up. She also said the times for the beginning of Sept hadn't opened up yet.

Although you will get conflicting answers from CMS(one even told us MM only serves dinner 4:00-4:30) for the most part we have seen reports here that later times do open up 3-4 weeks in advance.
We did it this past July and last August. Both times we were only able to get the crazy times at 90 days out and then we were able to book more reasonable times as the day got closer. Keep trying, it should work out for you.

All my PS's were booked at the 90 day mark. Just yesterday, I got a later time for Sept 15 - so, 23 days out.
