Can someone photoshop a pic for me?

I have a picture of my new "niece" (BF's baby) that I'd like to print out and send to him, but it needs work. I had the flash on, so the background is black and her skin looks too splotchy.

Can some sweet soul help me by evening out her skin and lightening the background?

Have you posted on the Dis photography forum? There are some on there who could do absolutely anything to a photoand are extremely helpful when doing things like this--it's amazing the things they are able to do with Photo Shop! Hopefully someone can help you
