Can someone help please! AP renewal

Evening all!

I need some guidance please and know some of you guys are experts on AP renewal via post.

Firstly I suppose I need to ask is there a direct email for the AP office? Can I write them in English?

I need to ask if I can send my application via post this month even though my AP doesnt expire until 21/10/2014.
We are visiting in November but I dont want to waste valuable park time renewing while I'm there and I would be pushing it for renewing within a month of expiry as we don't arrive until 24/11/2014.

Secondly has anyone done an English translation of the renewal form?
Or will running google translate be sufficient?
I need to get the 6 months free on it too.
Is there something specifically I need to tick or fill out?

Also what do I need to provide? Old AP? How many photos?

I am ready to post as soon as I photocopy my brand new passport which arrived yesterday
Its going to save queuing and waiting in the AP office when we arrive and I hate waiting
