I need help!! I am using Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and I can't figure out how to get my background inside a silhouette. Can anyone give me step by step directions? TIA!

Here is a tutorial in Photoshop Elements - not sure if it is the same in regular Photoshop or not.

Just substitute the castle shape (with the white areas erased) for text in the directions.
