Can someone help me with a Marie shirt?

I would absolutely LOVE to have a really cool, maybe even blingy (somehow) shirt of Marie from the Aristocats. I don't know if anyone on here does custom shirts but I would want more than just an iron-on type thing.

Can someone send me in the right direction? I really appreciate any help I can get. We're not going until October so there's plenty of time. Thanks!
