Hi, I am currently in the process of planning a February 2006 trip with DH, DD (5) and DS (3) at the time of sailing.

We are trying to decide between

category 3
category 4
or 2 category 7s.

Can someone tell me the advantages of the suite? I'd be willing to spend the money if you really got anything out of the suite that you wouldn't get out of 2 rooms.

My DH thinks the 4 would be fine, but my DC go to sleep by 8 and I think it would be really hard for the parent stuck inthe room with them! (DS will only be 3 by a week when we sail)/

Thanks so much for your help!

I can't help with the category 3 or 4, but I often stay in category 7 rooms, and like them a lot. Note that there are only two sets of adjoining cat. 7 rooms on board, so if you want them, you'll likely have to book pretty early.

In the category 7, 6 and 5 rooms, there's a large, heavy curtain which divides the room, so if someone is sleeping, there can be a light on in the other side of the room. Unfortunately, the TV is on the side where the children will likely be sleeping. There's also the verandah, which could be an option while the kids are asleep.
