Can someone help me shrink my pics?!

I tried everything, I used photobucket to post them but I can't figure out how to get them smaller before I download them!

WOW!!!!!!!!! Those sure are some darn cute pictures!!!!!

Do you have any photo edit software? If not, you can do some very basic size edits right on photobucket, just click edit above the pictures there to go to another window where you can make them smaller (just make sure you still have originals on your PC and/or disk). You will have to refresh your screen, to clear your cache, to see the smaller size. You might also look at this program, works pretty well....

Thanks!! As you can see you have created a monster. I downloaded the program and I realize I was not refreshing my screen on photobucket! Now the fun begins..........
