Can someone help me "plan" our day?

I know this is asking a lot, but I just need some general direction. It's pretty simple, We are staying offsite, We are going to Epcot next Saturday, MK on Sunday, we are traveling with 2 teens (son and his GF) and 11 yr old DD. We aren't eating at any of the "fancy" places.

We have never been to Epcot. We have been to MK several times althoughthe last time DD went, she was 4. so this trip will be extra special for her.

We all LOVE to ride everything, not afraid of anything.

Anybody have a general idea of what to do when to get the most out of a one day per park trip?

Is Arrive early arrive early arrive early and use Fast Pass I think you should be able to see and do what you want make sure to see Wishes and Illuminations. Have a magical trip

I'd suggest doing Test Track at Epcot..the teens will like that..also mission space. Maybe you should try to get a PS to eat in world showcase as well (maybe Biergarten or Mexico?)
