Can someone help me fix a jpg please.

Wondering if anyone can help me fix this. I can crop it but cant seem to get rid of the blue sky. I just want a white sky with the nice moon. I can email a better pic or give you the link to where I got it.
Or even fade the edges off so its not so blunt.

I couldn't find a good quality pic with the words on the bottom. NOt sure if you wanted them on there but I did this one for you just in case you have no preference.
