can someone help me fill out the shore excursion req form

YOWSA!!
Can someone out there please guide me in how to fill out this Shore excursion request form?
I am soooooooo lost, LOL
What do I put for port and what are these choice numbers?
Excursion #?

We are on the 4 day easter cruise , and we want to do the dolphin encounter in nassau...
I'm not sure of what we want in cc, any sugggestions while we're at it,

I know its early, but I am more than Ready!! wheeeeeee!!!

I don't have a form in front of me but have done them many times. I normally put the ports down in order. So you would do Nassau first, then Freeport if it applies to your cruise then CC. If it asks for a port #, I would just number them 1, 2, 3. If you don't have the excursion #, just leave it blank, they will know what it is. I always fax mine in but I did figure out this time, if there is something popular you really want, I would call it in. They held my fax for 2 days before entering it, the dolphin excursion sells out fast so you could loose it. Choice numbers are if you want to put a 1st choice, 2nd etc incase you don't get your first choice. I normally only fill out my 1st choice because I am all set on that. YOu can always pick again if you find out it is sold out. They will fax you back a confirmation or let you know on the phone which ones you got.

Thanks Tiffany, how will I know if I am going to have enough time to do this dolphin encounter? This form is also asking for a time and names...

you can go to www.disneycruise.com and go to fun onshore and see a list of all the shore excursions and times. Disney will not book it unless you have time. If you pick 2 shore excursions at the same port, and it is not possible, they will not book your 2nd one. I can't find my passporter but times should be on Disney's site.

First time on CC, I would just relax on the beach and explore. Most of the stuff there, snorkel rental, bike rental, etc you can probably just book onshore or on the boat and not prebook. I am told the banana boat and other items sell out quickly. We are doing the Nature and Kayak this time but had a wonderful time, just relaxing on the beach with the kids our first time.

I would however book the Dolphin excursion 60 days out, it sells out quickly. We didn't book our cruise to just less than 60 days and tried to book Dolphin about a week later. No luck. Kept trying up until the day we left. Also got on waiting list onboard with no luck. Blue Lagoon is nice even without the Dolphins but we had been there before and really wanted the Dolphins this time. We are doing them in Cozumel!

I found it easier to call the Special Service Desk phone number. They helped me with choosing times that worked best for my family on the excursions I wanted. You give them your resv # and they have all your info. Let them know what excursions you are interested in and they can check availability and set you up.
