Can someone explain why

POR is completely booked for the night of 12/9. No rooms nothing. It happens to be towards the end of our trip. Lucky I could book the 3rd to the 8th on the best rate site and we had an existingm one from the 3rd to the 11th that we shortened. Now I do have to pay rack rate for 2 nights or have 3 different reservations and still pay rack rate for 1 night.

The CM said 3 reservations is not good because we may have to move acouple times and I really don't want to go through that. Does anyone know if the cruise line dumps people into a resort for just one night?

That's Pop Warner Football week. My understanding is that most of the Pop Warner kids stay at the Values, but that the rest are going to be at POR.

Okay, thanks. I guess they all booked yesterday at about 4pm EST. Guess I'm lucky I was able to get the pass holder rate for the days I did.

I know my TA has a group rate there for $89 for that 1st week. If you are still looking to pick up additional days, PM me and I'll send you the info. I have no idea if they still have rooms available at that rate but it can't hurt to ask!
