Are you doing the magic for little ones. I think you just order off of the children's menu. Make sure to book all of your ressie at the same time. I would suggest Akerhurst in Epcot for the princess lunch or dinner. We were there and saw 5 princesses. We have been to CRT and it costs two meal plans and there were only 3 princesses, it was crowded and rushed. I love Crystal palace Winnie, for the adults it is a prime rib buffet that is to die for.
If you private message me I will give you some more tips.
I would rent a stroller as well or buy one of their lightweight strollers for both girls you will be happy you did.
I can't private message you....I don't have enough posts yet apparently. I don't even know what magic for little ones is. We are Disney virgins!! LOL
Hopefully our travel agent isn't!!
To answer you question: Free dining is a promotion Disney has offered for three years in a row (2005, 2006, 2007). The promotion is for guests checking into a Disney resort during the heart of Florida's hurricane season, and is offered in lieu of the deep discounts they had traditionally offered to attract guests to the resort that time of year. Instead, guests get the Disney Dining Plan for the members of their party at no additional charge.
For 2005 and 2006, the offering was made to the general public (reservations were taken starting in June 2005 for August/September 2005, and in April 2006 for August/September 2006). For 2007, Disney has already offered to the Dining Plan to two target groups (UK/European guests, and guests who stayed at Disney resorts in December 2006). It isn't clear whether or not they'll offer free dining to other groups, and/or to the general public.
All the information you need about the Disney Dining Plan can be found in the FAQ: Click here to see the FAQ.
- 1 Table Service Meal
- 1 Counter Service Meal
- 1 Snack (usually anything under $4...just as the CM where you are ordering)
You can spread out all of your credits across your whole visit. For Example, if you want 2 TS meals one day, that's fine. You will just have to do 2 CS meals another day.
Your 2 year old is not eligible for the plan, but can eat off of your plates. Your 2 year old is also FREE at buffets.
FREE DINING hasn't been offered to the general public yet. I booked mine while I was there in December. I am hoping for everyone elses sake that the FREE DINING gets announced at the end of March/early April.
