Can someone do this design?

We are eating at 1900 Park Fair when we go to Disney in Oct. and I have designs picked out for my dd's and my husband. I have looked around at some of your designs and really like them but what I would like if it can be done is something with Prince Charming and Cinderella dancing with Lady Tremaine and the step sisters in the back ground. Can someone do this? We will be wearing royal blue shirts.
