Can someone crop, size & touch up this headshot?

I need a headshot for work. I took this today meeting the white background & street clothes requirement. Its kind of lousy, but its cloudy out & I had to take it in the hallway for a white wall. Its just for work. I don't care too much.

It needs to be sized to 2"x2". Bottom of chin to top of head between 1" & 1 3/8" size.

The software I usually size with using inches, only lets me size a custom size in pixels - not inches. And when I try it in Photoshop Elements 5.0 (which I'm a complete novice at) my head is too big to fit into 2"x2".

Please help. Could someone do it for me OR give me good directions on how to do it & I'll try. And if you can fix the color & make me beautiful, that would be helpful too.

Nice crop job, but I don't think it meets the 2x2 requirement OR the chin to top of head requirement. They are looking for one of those stupid passport close crop face only type pictures.

I have another program that lets me use pre-determined sizes. It has wallet (2.5 x 3.5 inches), but when I pick custom size, I have to answer in pixels & not in inches. How many pixels would I answer to get 2x2"?

I wonder if it will let me start with yours & get it down to 2x2? I'll try that.

Remember that in Photoshop Elements you can tell the program to print the picture to whatever size you want to. So crop the picture so that it's square and shows what you want, and then tell PSE to print it at 2" square.

After that, all you need is a pair of scissors

You're welcome! I didn't do that much, really. I ran it through Noiseware and that took out some of the graininess. Then, in photoshop elements, I adjusted the color for skin tone. I had to re-whiten the wall too, because after those 2 things, the wall was a little pink!

Hi Mickey88 - - - - How about I send you a few photos of me - - - make them lifesize and I will put them on poster board and send them out to dinner with my husband - - - I want to look that good.

You did a magnificent job!!! Maybe I can learn to fix myself up - put them on Christmas cards and send to all of our out-of-town friends. - - - WOW the options are limitless to how good I could look to so many!!
