Can someone create a design like this?

Here is something similar...since they are trying to sell it...I didn't want to remove the black or change their DISign. So I started from scratch and came up with this. Hope it will work for you.

Just curious...how are you going to use it?

Thank you so much Dolly. My kids are really into pin trading. We always make TONS of mint matchbooks to give to the CM's to say "thank you" for the trade. My kids love doing it and the CM's seem to really appreciate it. I saw this cute design and wanted to incorporate it. On our next trip, I think we'll give "thank yous" to any CM that does something nice for us, not just ones we trade pins with. Thank you very much for helping add this little bit of pixie dust to my families vacation.

You will have to post your final product on the Boards so that others can use it as well. I would love to see it too!

I was having fun playing around with this and made one more:

I DELETED THE IMAGE BUT YOU CAN FIND IT IN MY 4SHARED ACCOUNT IN THE LINK IN MY SIGNATURE. THEN LOOK IN THE "CANDY WRAPPER" FILE AND THE "MINT MATCHBOOK" FILE

HOW TO MAKE A MINT MATCHBOOK:

• First, right click on the image and save it to your pictures as a jpeg. If you copy and paste into word...the dimensions will distort.
• Then open up a MS Word document. Go to "file" and "page setup" and set the margins all to .2 inches and the orientation to "portrait".
• Next go to "insert" at the top of Word and in the drop down menu click on "picture" and "from file". Then find the image and click "okay".
• Next click once on the image to highlight it and go back up to the top of Word and click on "format" and in the drop down menu click on "picture" and finally click on the "size" tab. Change the "height" to 5.18 inches and click on your "tab" key on the keyboard and the width will automatically correct itself. Then click "okay".
• Then copy and paste the image and you should be able to fit 8 on one page.
• Once you have all of the mint matchbooks set up on the page you can print out the images, trim around each mint matchbook, and fold on the three lines.
• Then you will need to place one individually wrapped mint inside each matchbook. You can either staple the mint wrapper where the small flap overlaps or if you are like me and don’t like to see the staples, you can use double sided tape to adhere the mint to the matchbook and put a separate piece on the back of the small flap to seal it closed.

I love your matchbook. I haven't had a chance to make one yet, but as good as yours looks I'll probably just use it. I don't think I could make one look any better. :)

We just got a new printer and I was excited to try it out this morning. I printed one of the matchbooks and the colors are a little different. They aren't much different, just enough to make it a little hard to read. The blue looks grey. It's hard to read the part that says "Excellent Cast Member Appreciation" and Thank You. I'm not sure I'm gonna like this printer after all. :confused3 Would it be possibe to change this a little bit to accomodate my bad printer? I think if the outer blue circle was a different color it may print better. Could you also make the wording at the bottom and the Thank You white? I'm hoping this works. I love this matchbook and really want to use it.

Sure...I will work on it today or tomorrow. I was worried about the "excellent" font being too small

Is this any better? The writing for the cm appreaciation part may be too small as it is a really small image once it is on the mint matchbook. I can play with it a little more if needed. Just let me know:

YOU CAN FIND THE IMAGES IN MY 4SHARED FILE IN THE CANDY WRAPPER AND THEN MINT MATCHBOOK FILE...

I'm really lost about what a mint matchbook gets used for.... guess my son's blond hair is rubbing off, but seriously. I understand it's a cover for some sort of mint... but what mint? Help?? LOL!!!

It's used a thank your for CM's. My kids use them when they pin trade as a way to say thanks for trading. As far as the mint, just staple an individually wrapped lifesaver in it and fold. When they're done, they look like a matchbook.
