Can OTU points be banked if trip is cancelled

Needing a few more points for a July trip. If I buy OTU points can they be banked if for some reason we have to cancel. Our current UY is Feb.

Nope. They expire at the end of the UY of the trip.

They cannot be banked, but you could reuse them for a different reservation in the same Use Year.
