Can offers be applied to room later

Say I book a Disney vacation package. Then in a month or two I receive an offer in the mail with a code for a discount on the room, will they allow me to apply it to my existing reservation?

Yes... if the room you are booked in is available for the discount. Usually discounts are limited when it comes to dates/resort/room types. So there is no guarantee that any discount you get would apply.
