Can my parents from anothr cabin have accrss to my kids in the clubs/nursery

(Specifically on the Fantasy) can my parents who are in a different cabin have permission to drop off and pick up my kids from the kids clubs and nursery

Unless they've changed the rule recently or different on the Fantasy for some reason, yes.

We had sign out privileges for family friends' children one time on the Magic - so neither same cabin or even related. Our reservations were linked but I'd be surprised if that made a difference, it seemed to be just about who the parent's nominated.

Yes, you authorize who you want to be able to pick up your kids. You will have to create a password and they will need to know it.
