Can my 10 year old order off the kids menu?

We are paying out of pocket and not doing any buffets/AYCTE. Can my 10 year old order off the kids menu at table service restaurants? I know its fine at quick service because they don't ask, but when you check into a table service restaurant they always ask the age of the children.

My 11 year old always does as long as it’s not a buffet.
I’ve even ordered lunch off the kids menu a couple times.

We were able to for our 10 year old on our trip in April at all the TS we ate at (non-buffet).

Yes! As you caveated as long as its not at a buffet or price fixed meal (like hoop dee too) he can order from the kids menu. Heck even you can order from it if you like
