Can I whine a little bit??

I just got another cortisone shot in my shoulder and it is killing me!!!! Ortho is treating me for Impingment and it is my 2nd shot. Now I still have to go to physical therapy this afternoon and I don't want to go!! At least I have orders to take the therapy easy today and Thursday so no weights, but it still hurts to move. Ok, whine session is over. Thanks for listening!

Sorry to hear that. Those shots hurt like the dickens. I've had them in my heel before.
