Can I visit w/o staying?

There is a BLT 2BR lockoff model room in the theater at SSR. The models are open to DVC members from 5pm to 7pm.

I'm not sure if you can or not. But you can stop to see the models at SSR while you are there.

I am going to guess the DVD will have a sales presence at BLT and rooms available to tour. One rumor is that they will use the observation area during the day for sales presentations.

When we were at WDW last year we were curious about OKW and wanted to see what it was like so we stopped by to see it. We walked around the grounds and asked the DVC sales person if we could see a room. They were very helpful and sent a CM to escort us to see a vacant room.

If they have available rooms they will show them to you. That is how we decided on buying DVC. We took the tour at SSR and then asked our guide if we could go look at the other resorts. He told us just go to the counter and ask. Also told us to tell the guard at the gate what we were doing and we were fine. Heck we even drove down to Vero beach that day.

I doubt it would be any different if they have available rooms.
