Can I visit the castle without doing FJ

The title says it all! Is it possible to go inside Hogwart castle without doing the FJ? We would like to see the inside but not do the ride.

Any speculation on when the "castle tour" lane will be dumped in favor of Universal Express? To be honest, I thought they would have done this by now.

Oh, and use quotes ("castle tour") and search by posts not threads, that should narrow it down pretty quick for you.

I still don't think it'll be anytime soon. HRRR doesn't have it still after what, 2 or 3 years of operation now?
