Can I use this picture?

I love this picture I took of my kids last week and was thinking of using it for our Christmas card but I think that my dd's shoes sticking out from the side of DS looks strange and I can't crop them out. Please give me your honest opinions. Thanks!

I looked at the picture before reading your post. I didn't even notice the shoes. It's a beautiful picture! If you have photoshop you could get rid of them. But, I don't think it's necessary.
