We are staying for 2 nights before our cruise. Getting in late on Friday and leaving for port Sunday morning. We will be spending Saturday at the parks so the hotel is not a huge deal. Just clean would be good. I started checking out Priceline and Hotwire but we are a family of 5. Can we use them?

I believe Hotwire would be a safer way to go. I don't Priceline guarantees the number of beds. Be careful though. Many hotels charge resort fees and those fees are not included in the Hotwire price.

You should bid 2 rooms with that amount of people.

Priceline does have an extra 5% bonus coupon right now. (has to be booked by tomorrow though) link here: priceline5bonus , which should help.

Priceline only 'guarantees' one bed, although most of the time you will get 2 or can ask for 2.
Hotwire has the option to select up to 4 people per room so you would theoretically be guaranteed 2 beds with them.
Some hotels have fire codes & do not allow rollaways so do not bid for 1 room on priceline or hotwire.

Check out last minute travel, you can search by a family of 5 there, and its a lot easier to figure out what hotel you are getting because they show pictures.
