Can I use PIN that came to my address in my mother's name?

I have asked Disney many times to please take my parents' names off of our list of people who normally stay at Disney, but they tell me "it isn't possible". My parents came with us for ONE trip a few years ago and I booked both rooms. So, of course, a PIN comes today in my mother's name to my address (we do not even live in the same state). Will I be able to use it? If not, I am going to complain and beg once again that Disney PLEASE remove my parents' names from any information they have on my family. I don't get why it can't be done! Oh, and the PIN is for 40% off a room during certain time periods, one of which is a time I wanted to go!! So, I hope I can use it!

I am pretty sure you cannot use it. Only the person /address that it applies to can use the pin. Sorry.

I would go ahead and try. Who knows they may have the name wrong, since it is your address!
