Can I use DME for a 8day Disney package + 2day DVC rental?

I currently have a 8 day trip planned through Disney, but I wanted to add on a couple of days at the end of the trip by renting DVC points through someone. I know both are eligible for MDE, but I was wondering if MDE will let us still use the service as it will be one way on the disney trip, and one way on the DVC rental. Does that make sense?

It doesn't matter that one is a cash reservation and one is a DVC rental. As long as both parts are at a Disney resort, you can use DME for both your arrival and your departure.

However, you'll need two separate sets of DME reservations:

1-way inbound reservation for your 8-night package.
1-way outbound reservation for your 2-night DVC reservation using rented points.

Doing the reverse in two weeks....a week at BWV, then to POR for three nights! I have two DME packets...one for arrival,, one for departure! Everyone does this...just be sure to make reservations for both ways.
