Can I use Disney gift cards to pay for DVC dues?

We're also going to be getting Disney PAP's, taking advantage of the DVC discounts. Can I use gift cards to pay for those as well?

Everything I've seen says you can for both. I just bought a bunch to get the grocery store rewards and this is my plan as well

You can pay your dues with a gift card. However you will need to call member accounting, there isn't an option to select online.

You can also pay for the PAP with the gift cards.

Well, Goofyluver 'n I just saved $425. by buying $2700. worth of Disney gift cards at HEB grocery store in Waco, they've got gift cards on sale for 15% off.

I have a ton of gift cards and was a little bummed that I could not use them online to buy my DVC PAP card. I could use my rewards and a cc only. Plus you can only choose 2 forms of payment. I was talking to DVC CM last week and asked about using my Disney gift cards to buy my APs over the phone. She said that we could only use two forms of payments. One could be a gift card, but the second payment must be able to pay the balance. (bummed again). She said only at the gate can they accept multiple gift cards (which I know is true because I've done it at the gate before). Since many of us are trying to buy before the end of this month, looks like I'll be using my cc. She did say you could buy 1 pass at a time/transaction, therefore using a gift card for each transaction. Just wanted to pass this around so that you guys have a plan. Looks like I'll be using my gift cards for my TiW purchase in the spring.

I checked with MS today that it was indeed okay to pay for my annual dues with multiple gift cards. I bought 60 $50 cards today and need 20 more, but was able to save at least $220 by getting them at Target.
Actually returned the next day and bought $1800 more of the gift cards--this time using the Red Card for a 5% savings, plus the $10 Target gift card on each $50 Disney gift card. Woo hoo!!!

Bought 4 PAPs yesterday using 2 gift cards per PAP (as the GCs were limited to $300. max where I bought them) so yes, it has to be 4 separate transactions using 2 cards each.

After paying for our PAPs and dues, we got $50. left over, wish I'd remembered we're gonna buy a TiW when we go next year, but I'm still dancing after saving $425.
