Can I Upgrade Tickets Twice?

Here is the situation- heading down Dec 18-22. I currently have 3 day, one park per day tickets for us. My original plan was to visit 3 parks, then on our last day while still in park, to upgrade our tickets to the DVC gold pass. I need to do this to get around the Dec blackout dates for the gold pass.

Now in looking at our plans, with ROL being up in the air and HS being so decimated I am thinking about adding the park hopper to our tickets on our first day and combing AK and HS into one day.

My question is- can I essentially upgrade twice? Once to the park hopper on day one and then to the gold pass on day 3?

HS isn't that "decimated". It's a shame a lot of people think it is. Lights, Motors, Action is gone, as is Streets of America. But all the major things are still up and running as normal.

With regards to my use of the word decimated- I know there are still great things there but for a family with small boys, it's pretty decimated. My boys loved LMA, my oldest was a huge back lot tour fan, and we spent many an hour at the Honey I shrunk the Kids playground. So for us, having TSMM, Star Tours, and the Great Movie ride as the only things there for my boys, I would say it is a it decimated for the younger crowd. And my oldest would have to be drug kicking and screaming into Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast
