Can I upgrade Tickets at ESPN Wide World of Sports?

Looking to do an annual pass upgrade at the easiest location possible on Friday. Disney site shows ESPN as an option but Robo's info does not. Has anyone done it? Trying to avoid a park (not going that day) and Disney Springs if at all possible. TIA!

When I have ticket changes to do, I just go to Disney Springs. It is not too hard to pop in and out there. Plus you can do all your gift buying and be done with it.
