Can I Upgrade My Powerpass to A Preferred Pass?

I bought powerpasses for my family last May. We are now thinking of going to the parks over one of the blackout dates. Is there any way to upgrade their tickets to a preferred pass? (I have a preferred pass already)

Unless you are paying on the FlexPay option, you can upgrade at Guest Services and pay the difference.

What are the black out dates for the Power passes for 2014? I have a Preferred AP, but my husband and mom both have the Power pass. We are thinking about going back the third or fourth week in April.

Never mind, I found the answer. Looks like the third week of April is going to be blacked out for 2014.
