Can I take the boat to WL?

Hello all. Hope you are having a magical day! My DD want's me to go to WL while I'm at Disney to get my DSIL a few things for his birthday, since this is his fav. resort. Can I take the boat to WL and back from the MK? I wasn't sure if I could since we arn't staying there. We are staying at POR. Would it be better if we just took the bus to WL? Thank's

Yes. You're staying on property which entitles you to all WDW resort transportation. And even if you weren't, I've never had anyone ask. I don't even know if there is a bus from MK to WL since they provide the boat.

Yeah. There is a boat. Just keep in mind it is a rather long ride...well, longer.
