I need to ask a really boorish question, so I apologize up front. If anyone is staying at the Poly, concierge, in value season this Dec., would you share the AP rate you are getting? The $200 a night difference, rack rate, is a real budget buster, and we can't stay concierge at $500 a night. Thanks, and sorry for such a rude question.

I don't think that's a rude question.

We're going during peak season, but until someone more knowledgeable RSVPs, a good estimate for Concierge garden view (CGV) in value season is about $325/night + tax.

Here's how I got that:

CGV is about $110/night more than standard garden view (and concierge lagoon view is about $110 more than CGV).

The AP value rate for standard garden view, I believe I read was $214/night. So $214+$110.

Hope that helps you get a good ballpark.:earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

I think I'm paying $314 a night plus tax. It's a pretty hefty room rate. And that is with my pin code. There was nothing available with my AP. :sunny:

Well then I CAN stay 7 nights concierge at the Poly!!!! The AP rate is pretty much the same as the standard garden view room rate, which is what we were planning on anyway. Our trip is planned for Dec. 2005, and I am about to buy an AP before the 2005 rates kick in. I'm also hoping to sneak down by myself to WDW before our Dec. trip, using my AP, of course!:hyper:
