Can I Still Transfer Banked '05 Points???

My DH and I have just closed on a 50pt OKW Oct UY resale contact and are just waiting to get in Disneys system.
Our contract came with 50 pts from the '05 use year that were banked. I understand that these need to be used by Sep. 30 of this year or they will be lost.
We won't be going to WDW before September so we will be looking to get rid of the pts, hopefully via a transfer, as it just seems easier.
I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help us with.
1) With the new one transfer a year rule, will we be able to transfer them or is the only way to get rid of them, to make a ressie for someone?
2) If we can transfer them, does it count as our transfer for this use year?
3) Any other options? Feel free to add ideas

You can't transfer or further bank banked points but you can rent them. You could ask to use a one time exception but I wouldn't in this situation. If you can't use them your best option is to rent even if you have to use some of your other points to put with them.

Banked points cannot be transferred. (Although transferred points may be banked)

MS has been holding tight on the one transfer per year (Use Year) policy. We've had no reports of anyone being allowed any additional transfers.

Those banked points may be used to make a reservation or they will expire at the end of your current Use Year. They could be used for the Concierge Collection or any other DVC option. They could also be used to make a rental reservation.
