Can I stay in DVC and do Disney wedding

If I do the minimum Disney wedding for $2500 it says you must stay on property for a minimum of 4 nights.
Does DVC count? I am a member. or do I have to PAY for a disney hotel??

I stayed at SSR (as a member) last July for our wedding. We were there Sunday-Friday with the wedding on Tuesday. I doubt it has changed but I would check with Disney.

We rented points from a DVC member for our stay during our wedding trip and it was accepted by DFTW.

Any four day reservation counts!
