Can I ship a package to HRH?

Can I get a package shipped to HRH?

How does it work - do I just put my name & reservation number on the shipping address? Will they notify me when it arrives? Will I need to go pick it up? If so, where from? Or will they deliver to the room?

I did this about four years ago. When I got to the room I called down and asked to have the box brought up. It took three calls and over an hour for them to show up. Cannot remember how I addressed the package.

The message light was lit on the phone when I got to the room.
