Can i send a fax or e-mail to the magic

Sorry to ask, i usually trade pins on this board but i really need to know if i can send a fax or an e-mail to one of my friends on the disney magic. She is cruising right now and i do have to send her some information. I know about the telephone service but this would not help in this case.
