Can I see both parks in 2 Days in Dec?

Going to Universal on Dec 27th and the 28th. I will have express pass since I will be staying at the resort. Should i be able to see a good amount of both parks? I plan on making more trips, so I do not have to do it all this trip, but was hoping to see and ride a good amount of rides and shows?

We did both parks in not even a full day on Tuesday...

That is the busiest time of the year and luckily you're staying onsite and will have Express access. Even though there will be very heavy crowds that week, you should be able to do most things you want in two days. Just be prepared for long lines at WWoHP, restrooms and restaurants. I'll never go that week again and I live here!
