Can I rope drop Soarin and Test Track in one hour?

We have a Bon Voyage ADR at 10:40am that has me wondering the best way to tackle Test Track, Soarin and FEA. My thought is to try and get in both Test Track and Soarin before heading to breakfast and then having an afternoon FP+ for FEA. What strategy would you recommend? Thank you!

Easy...we've done it several times. Two options...

Option 1
Rope drop Soarin'
Walk quickly to FEA and ride standby
FP+ TT

Option 2
Rope drop TT
Walk to FEA and ride standby
FP+ Soarin'

Either way, you can be done well before 10:30am...probably before 10:00am. Just make sure you do FEA and TT back to back, as they're sort of close together physically, where Soarin' is a long walk from either one...especially FEA.

As long as you're really there at rope drop - should be easy. We always do that and have never been off the second ride much later than 10 and usually by 9:45.

If you go to TT second and there is a long wait you can do single rider. That is usually little to no wait for the ride.

Thank you! Unfortunately the single rider option does not work for our family as our children are only 8 and 5. Would you still recommend Soarin followed by TT?

Hmmm..I have seen Test Track build a line quickly in the morning and Soarin' now has the third theater.

I would ride Test Track first thing and then head to FEA and fastpass Soarin'. The fastpass line for FEA doesn't open until 11 am so the standby line moves steadily from 9-11 am.

We wouldn't do single rider for TT either, especially when there are easy ways to avoid the need. I wouldn't do Soarin' first, then TT unless you're using FP+ for TT. The line for TT builds really, really fast. Soarin' and FEA build much slower.

This is not likely to happen, but on at least two occasions when I’ve RD’d TT it has been down first thing and/or had a delayed start. Caught me off guard both times as that line builds FAST if there is any delay.

Just keep on your toes when it comes to TT as it can break down occasionally.

My granddaughter and I were able to do RD FEA, Soarin' standby and TT single rider in 1:15 during EMH. I know you can't do single rider, but you should be able to get 2 of three in. I would RD TT.

It depends on the time of year. We rope dropped Epcot yesterday. We were off Soarin' at 9:17 (entered the queue at 9:04 for reference). By 9:17, the standby line was 105 minutes!

In April, we went directly to TT at rope drop. We were the first group to enter the queue. We arrived at Soarin' at 9:20. The posted wait was 20 minutes. We were done by 9:45.

If you want to do both, I would go to TT first.

We do TT first and then Soarin in this situation. Being at Rope Drop is critical - so if you aren't packed and really ready to leave your room by 8ish for a 9am open - don't get your hopes up. (Assuming that your Bon Voyage is on your actual last day, not just last park day..if it's just last park day - get those butts up and out early!)

On our last trip - we actually road TT twice in a row without getting off and then went to Soarin at 9:20ish with a 17 minute wait. This still feels like it involved some pixie dust so don't count on it!

This happened to us during an EMH morning in July. We decided to just commit and wait because it could've been our only chance to ride that trip. The line built very quickly, as you said, and we were glad we had waited as we were toward the front. It ended up opening about 25 minutes late. We then went over to Soarin. So, to answer the OP, if this happens to you you won't be done by 10:00 with all three. But I would still do Test Track first. We had no desire to ride single rider and we knew that Soarin would take longer to build a line.
