Can I return a DLR Souvenir?

Hi ALL! We just returned and found out our toy bought in DCA does not work. We didn't try it before we left because it took a lot of batteries and we didn't want to unpackage it before we made the trek home. But now I have a toy that never worked out of the package, and a very sad boy Do you know if I can ship it back, and if so, who do I call?

On your receipt it will have Disney's return policies, and also the phone number to Delivears. They will take care of you.
