Can I renew AP over phone

i literally just left the world. Hubby booked a trip to Pop 9 days after our APs expire for a quick adults only anniversary trip. My fastpass window opens tonight and I see I cannot renew online. I am such an idiot; I should've done it there but I just didn't think about it. Can I renew APs on the phone?
