Well maybe even more than quadruple...

Can all of the following offers be stacked?

Costco Cash Card ( percentage of trip)
Executive Member 2% back
Partial payment 3% costco visa cash back
Partial payment with target discounted gift cards
Partial payment with Disney visa ( financing and statement credit)

Is one of my payment options better than the others?

I guess if u could buy discounted Disney gift cards at Costco with my 3% costco visa cash back it'd be my best bet.

Not a bad thought process. Haven't booked through Costco yet, but planning to with my next cruise. I buy gift cards at Target for 5% discount and then add to DVA for payment and an additional 2%.

Have you looked at buying Disney gift cards from BJs? You don't have to be a member and they ship them to you for free. The $100 cards are about a 5% discount. If you have a Discover card and activate the cash back bonus, you can get another 5% cash back from Discover.

Just read on Costco website that Costco travel is not eligible for 2% reward on Executive membership.
Sadly, you are correct. Nor is it applicable on any other services, including automotive, prescriptions and gas stations. Must go through the front end registers. Ah well. It's still 2% more than I would have gotten.

To get the 6 month interest free financing on DV, you have to charge the entire cruise cost.

No, that's not true. Any charge over the minimum (which I think is $100) towards a DCL cruise will qualify for the 0% interest offer. You can charge your Disney Visa for payments of $200 each month, and each of those $200 charges will qualify for it's own 6-months-no-interest period.

It used to be you had to charge the entire cruise cost to your Disney Visa to get the $50 onboard credit offer -- but that offer went away this year. Now the DCL "perk" for using a Disney Visa is select onboard discounts if you have your Disney Visa set-up to back your onboard charges.

Enjoy your cruise!

Good to know! I didn't realize that you could make multiple payments and get the 6 months financing starting at the time of each of those payments. That's cool!

Put the discounted gift cards into a Disney Vacation Account for the $20 gift card per 1k spent.

I actually found going through a TA that gave onboard credit a better option as I could buy discounted GCs (also getting cashback on my cc), put them in the DVA, pay for the cruise with the DVA, and get the OBC. It was better than the Costco cash card (even with CB on cc). Is there a way to use Disney GCs to pay via Costco for DCL? I only saw a cc option?

Yes, I use gift cards through my DVA to pay off my Costco as TA DCL cruise. I called Costco, had them call DCL (or supposedly you can call DCL direct but DCL is a butt about it if you have a TA) and then tell DCL your gift card/DVA number. Disney doesn't want Costco or other TAs knowing your DVA number, so Costco will get off the phone and you can tell DCL the number to pay it off.

Does anyone know if the Costco cash back that you receive after booking and taking one cruise can be used to pay off your next?

Buying Disney GCs at Costco should only get you 2%, I believe. Perhaps they are available at some Costcos, but I have yet to see any available at the ones near me or online.

I use a 2nd Amex everyday preferred card and get back 6% on grocery store purchases in 1st 6k each year. I use it to buy Disney gift cards and Visa gift cards unfortunately the visa cards have a service fee that bites into the cash back.

It's to be used at Costco, but it's not like a visa gift card that can be used anywhere. We used it to buy normal stuff at Costco and free up thatcash for the cruise.

Some Costcos allow you to actually cash out the cash card, though.
