Can I Put This Request?

I currently have a one bedroom booked at BWV and I have a separate studio booked(same room cat. and dates). Can I put a request in for them to adjoin..like a 2 bedroom lockoff?

You can request, but there is no guarantee that they will be able to do what you request. At a minimum, you might request that they put you close together.

I'm assuming you tried for a 2BR since you want the rooms to adjoin and you have the same dates and view category? If you couldn't book it that way, it may be challenging for them to find a 1BR and an adjoining studio that are open exactly the dates you are staying.

You will want to contact MS and have them place a 'Travel With' on the reservations. This will alert the room assigner to try and place the rooms as near to each other as possible.

I would contact MS and see if they can modify your reservations. If they say no, ask to speak to a "Team Line" CM. It doesn't heart to ask.

If still no Joy, use the "travel with" suggestion.

Do you want to maintain the 2 separate bookings in case you need to cancel one of the rooms? If not and a 2 bedroom would work I would call MS and just ask if there is any way that your 2 rooms could be changed to a 2 bedroom. It would also be less points. Might not be possible but then again you might get lucky and find an MS agent who can make it happen.

Thank you! Definitely would have no problem trying to convert the reservations to just 1 two bedroom. The studio is for my brother and his family and the more we thought about it, we thought it would be nice for my kids and his kids to be in the same room. I will give it a shot and see!
